GGS definition

GGS means Global Geophysical Services, Inc. and its Affiliates engaged in the supply of seismic data acquisition services throughout the world.
GGS has the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement. “Governmental Authority” means the government of any nation or any political subdivision thereof, whether at the national, state, territorial, provincial, municipal, or any other level, and any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank, or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory, or administrative powers or functions of, or pertaining to, government. “Guarantor(s)” means, individually or collectively, as the context requires, Air T and each other Person who executes a Guaranty in favor of the Lender. “Guaranty” means a document, in the form provided by Xxxxxx, pursuant to which the Person who executes such document agrees to guaranty the payment and performance of the Obligations. “Guaranty Obligation” as to any Person, means any (a) obligation, contingent or otherwise, of such Person guaranteeing or having the effect of guaranteeing any Debt or other obligation payable or performable by another Person (the “primary obligor”) in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, and including any obligation of such Person, direct or indirect, (i) to purchase or pay (or advance or supply funds for the purchase or payment of) such Debt or other obligation, (ii) to purchase or lease property, securities, or services for the purpose of assuring the obligee in respect of such Debt or other obligation of the payment or performance of such Debt or other obligation, (iii) to maintain working capital, equity capital, net worth, or solvency or liquidity, or any level of income or cash flow of the primary obligor so as to enable the primary obligor to pay such Debt or other obligation,
GGS means Defendant’s Gerber® Good Start® line of infant formula products.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request.
