GGP Employee definition
GGP Employee means an employee of any of the GGP Entities.
GGP Employee means any person employed or formerly employed by any GGP Entity at the time of the exercise, vesting, settlement, disqualifying disposition or payment, as appropriate, unless, at such time, such person is a Spinco Employee.
GGP Employee means an employee of any of the GGP Entities. “GGP Entities” shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
