GGGI definition

GGGI. – means the Global Green Growth Institute.
GGGI s Legal Framework” shall mean regulations or other directives issued by the Council and any rules, guidelines, policies, procedures or other instructions issued by the Director – General or other designated official.
GGGI means the international body known as the Global Green Growth Institute established under the Agreement as defined below.

  • The rights, powers and remedies of GGGI under this Contract are cumulative and in addition to and not in substitution for any rights, power or remedy that may be available to GGGI at law or in equity.

  • Consistent with GGGI’s Disclosure Policy [C/5/DC/2], this document will be disclosed on the GGGI Website upon its approval by the Council, and its classification will be changed from “For Official Use” to “General Distribution”.

  • The agreements confer on GGGI and its personnel privileges, immunities and exemptions customarily afforded to international organizations to enable it to function efficiently in the country as an international organization.

  • Such equipment, when returned to GGGI, shall be in the same condition as when delivered to the Consultant, subject to normal wear and tear.

  • In pursuit of these goals, GGGI works with developing and emerging countries to design and deliver programs and services that demonstrate new pathways to pro-poor economic growth.
