GFy definition
GFy or “Growth Factor” shall mean the estimated yearly growth in offtakes of Natural Gas at the Distribution Network.
GFy means GFY and the Other Funds and the term “Shares” shall mean any securities issued by GFY or any of the Other Funds that are entitled to vote on any matter presented to stockholders at an annual or special meeting of stockholders, or securities convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, such securities.
