GFX definition

GFX means that Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company known as the GFX Corporation.
GFX means GFX Corporation and any other Subsidiary of the Borrower carrying on substantially the same business (or any reasonable extension thereof), in any location, as the business conducted by GFX on the Closing Date.
