GESA definition

GESA or “Global Employee Services Agreement” means the global employee services agreement to be entered into by the Company, Cactus and B▇▇▇▇ H▇▇▇▇▇ providing for the provision of services by certain Business Employees to the Company Group following the Closing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
GESA shall have the meaning set forth in Recital M.
GESA means Pennsylvania’s Guaranteed Energy Savings Act. “OEO” means the Office of Economic Opportunity.

  • Such improvements do not relieve the GESA Contractor from liability set forth in Paragraph 2-2(A).

  • GESA Contractor shall ensure that an approved representative from Funding Agency is physically present for all pre-retrofit and post retrofit measurements, for each ECM as applicable to the Energy Savings Guarantee.
