German Pledge Agreement definition

German Pledge Agreement means the Share Pledge Agreement, to be entered into by the pledgors party thereto and the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2 hereto, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
German Pledge Agreement means the German Pledge Agreement entered into among the US Borrower, Rockwood Specialties GmbH and the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-5, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
