GeoSystems Equity definition
GeoSystems Equity means and refers to the equity in GeoSystems made available to NG pursuant to Section 5 herein.
GeoSystems Equity shall be deemed to refer to the Warrant and the Warrant Shares.

The parties shall be subject to the ---------------------- provisions of the Investment Agreement and the Warrant with respect to other rights and restrictions set forth therein relating to the GeoSystems Equity.
