Geophysical Data definition

Geophysical Data means any seismograms, digital field tapes, stack tapes, copies of processed record sections, operator’s reports, surveyor’s notes, shot point location maps, studies and any other similar seismic material associated with any of the 2-D seismic lines and/or 3-D seismic surveys, vertical seismic profiles and microseismic data analysis, including any interpretations and derivatives thereof.
Geophysical Data means all data acquired as a result of seismic field operations produced or acquired by Juneau within the Lands during the Term of this Lease, and (2) “Geological Data” means all subsurface geological information to include but not limited to well logs, borings, surveys, tests, magnetic and gravity surveys produced or acquired by Juneau within the Lands during the Term of this Lease. Tetlin agrees to keep such Geophysical and Geological Data confidential and to use such Geophysical and Geological Data only internally during the Term of this Lease, except to the extent such Data pertains to any portion of the Lands released from the Lease by Juneau pursuant to Subsection 2.3(a). At anytime after the six consecutive month period immediately following the termination of the Term, or to the extent such Data pertains to portions of the Lands released from said Lease pursuant to Subsection 2.3(a), Tetlin may use all data provided by Juneau for its own use and may disclose such data to third parties.
Geophysical Data means measurements and information obtained from electrical surveys, gravity surveys, magnetic surveys, seismic reflection surveys, seismic refraction surveys, and remote sensing; the measurements or information may be in the form of raw field data or data that are the result of processing in a form suitable for storage, processing, or interpretation; "geophysical data" includes geotechnical data;

  • Technical Data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Historical data means any data collected by an ALPR system and stored on the statewide ALPR server operated by the Vermont Justice Information Sharing System of the Department of Public Safety. Any data collected by an ALPR system in accordance with this section shall be considered collected for a legitimate law enforcement purpose.

  • Clinical Data means the information with respect to the Licensed Product or the Licensed Compound made, collected or otherwise generated under or in connection with pre-clinical, clinical, or the post-Approval studies for the Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, including any data, reports and results with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.
