GEOMATRIX® Technology definition
GEOMATRIX® Technology means all of Skye’s oral controlled and/or modified drug release delivery and related technologies together with all improvements thereon and thereto;
GEOMATRIX® Technology means all oral controlled-release drug delivery and related technology which utilizes a hydrophilic drug-containing matrix * which controls the release of the drug through the use of one or more barrier layers, together with all improvements thereon and thereto, all to the extent and only to the extent that GJT now has or hereafter will have the right to grant licenses, immunities or other rights thereunder.
GEOMATRIX® Technology means JAGO's proprietary oral, modified release (i.e., controlled-release, sustained-release, or delayed release) drug delivery and related technology which utilizes a hydrophilic drug-containing matrix tablet which controls the release of the drug through the use of one or more barrier layers, together with all improvements thereon or thereto. –1–
