Geologic Data definition

Geologic Data means all (i) seismic, geological, geochemical or geophysical data (including cores and other physical samples of materials from xxxxx or tests) belonging to Seller or licensed from Third Parties relating to the Properties that can be transferred without additional consideration to such Third Parties (or including such licensed data in the event Buyer agrees to pay such additional consideration), and (ii) interpretations of seismic, geological, geochemical or geophysical data belonging to Seller or licensed from Third Parties that can be transferred without additional consideration to such Third Parties (or including such licensed data in the event Buyer agrees to pay such additional consideration).

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Cost Analysis means the evaluation of cost data for the purpose of arriving at estimates of costs to be incurred, prices to be paid, costs to be reimbursed, or costs actually incurred.
