For Emergency Healthcare Services and/or Urgent Care services received outside of New Mexico, you may seek services from the nearest appropriate facility where Emergency Healthcare Services / Urgent Care services may be rendered. Cost-Sharing and benefits for an emergent healthcare service rendered by a non-participating provider shall be the same as if rendered by a participating provider.
