Geographic Proximity definition
Geographic Proximity means the states in which such business is conducted either at the beginning of the Restricted Period or in the future. In addition, during the Restricted Period, the Seller shall refrain from soliciting employees of the Company or its direct or indirect affiliates for employment with the Seller or with any other Person engaged in Company Business. The parties hereto agree that Seller's employment with Acquisition Partners, Inc., if it occurs, does not violate the provisions of this Section 8.2 as long as the Services Agreement is in effect.
