Geocon means the entity listed in the “Deliver Tofield of the Purchase Order and if no entity is listed then Geocon Group Pty Ltd ACN 165 918 356; Geocon Material means any Material provided by Geocon to the Supplier for the purposes of this Contract; Goods mean the articles, goods, Material or parts thereof (if any) to be supplied as specified the Purchase Order under ‘Description’; GST has the same meaning as in the GST Act;
