Geo-Construction Division definition
Geo-Construction Division means the Administrative Borrower’s business segment that is engaged in the United States and Canada in the business of providing geotechnical construction services consisting of deep foundation systems, earth retention and ground improvement to provide soil stabilization and subterranean structural support during the construction or rehabilitation of dams/levees, tunnels, shafts, water lines, subways, highways and marine facilities.
