Genpact Materials means the computer systems and networks, Software, Documentation and pre-existing Intellectual Property Rights owned, licensed or leased by Genpact that are used by Genpact to provide the Services including any processes, techniques, technology, methodologies, toolkits, tools, modules, manuals, business methods, data or database.
