GenMA definition
GenMA means GenOn Mid-Atlantic, LLC and its directly owned subsidiaries.
GenMA means GenOn Mid-Atlantic, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or any successor thereto.
GenMA shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Permitted Investments.
