Labeled or "Labeling" means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon: (i) Product or any container or wrapper utilized with Product or (ii) any written material accompanying Product.
Generic means that no specific brand or name shall be included as part of the specifications unless such a brand or name is required to identify the intent of a purchase, order or proposal.
Commercialized shall have corresponding meanings.
Interchangeable biological product means a biological product that the federal Food and Drug Administration has:
Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
