Generic Tariff definition
Generic Tariff means the Generic Tariff approved or adopted by the Commission for generation from different Renewable Energy sources in accordance with the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2015, or as amended from time to time;
Generic Tariff means the tariff determined in these Regulations for the electricity generated from the Renewable Energy Plants as per the norms and parameters specified in these Regulations.
