Generic Risks definition

Generic Risks means circumstances that have the potential to adversely affect the development of a Project or interest of the participants to the Project or interest of the Government or Government Agency or Local Authority and in the nature of construction period risk, operation period risk, market and revenue risk, finance risk, legal risk and miscellaneous risks as enumerated in Schedule IV of the Act.
