Examples of Generic Materials in a sentence

  • Generic Materials that do not contain mention of the Company, its products, trade names or Compensation Plan may be used only in the instance that they do not make statements that directly allude to the Company and/or its products.

  • Such marketing materials shall include materials which use only the Jiffy Lube name and do not contain references to any specific supplier to Jiffy Lube service centers ("Generic Materials").
