Generic Elective Course definition
Generic Elective Course means a course which can be opted by a student at his/her choice. There shall be one Generic Elective Course in core subjects in the fifth semester. Each department can decide the Generic Elective Coursefrom a pool of five courses offered by the university.
Generic Elective Course means a course which can be opted by a student in fifth semester of the programme at her/his choice from other disciplines apart from her/his Core subject (GEC) , (traditionally referred to as open course)
