Generic Dispensing Rate definition

Generic Dispensing Rate or “GDR” means the average rate at which Generic Drugs are dispensed by a Company location and shall be calculated in the aggregate for all applicable Claims (inclusive of Usual and Customary), as outlined below, across all Company locations. GDR = Generic Claims/Total Claims with all Claims measured as a Claim regardless of days supply.

Examples of Generic Dispensing Rate in a sentence

  • Generic Dispensing Rate (GDR) shall be defined as the number of generic prescriptions dispensed divided by the total number of prescriptions dispensed (brand and generic) on an annual basis.

  • If Medco fails to achieve the applicable Target Generic Dispensing Rate in any Contract Year during the Initial Term, Medco will provide SPONSOR with a credit against future ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to SPONSOR for such "Generic Dispensing Rate Shortfall" under the Program on a dollar for dollar basis.
