Generator System definition

Generator System refers to a complete set of system consisting of wind turbine generator system and their auxiliary equipments.
Generator System means a generator that can automatically supply backup electricity to maintain operation to critical loads such as a sump pump, heating system, refrigerator or a freezer, and alarms or residential fire sprinkler system, if applicable, for your house or other permanent structures when there is a loss of electrical power.

Examples of Generator System in a sentence

  • Member-Generators adding additional capacity to a previously-approved system shall submit the Member Generator System Additional Capacity Interconnection Notice (“Notice”) for review and final approval according to the timelines based on size of the capacity addition in Section I above.

  • The person or persons taking over operational control of Member-Generator’s System must receive written authorization from Cooperative before the existing Member- Generator System can remain interconnected with Cooperative’s electrical system.

  • Company will then complete Section G and forward a copy of the completed Application/Agreement back to the new Customer-Generator, thereby notifying the new Customer-Generator that the new Customer-Generator is authorized to operate the existing Customer- Generator System in parallel with Company’s electrical system.

  • The new Application/ Agreement will only need to be completed to the extent necessary to affirm that the new person or persons having operational control of the existing Customer- Generator System completely understand the provisions of this Application/Agreement and agrees to them.

  • When the Wind Turbine Generator System stops in the maximum wind speed, blower fan design must consider the ultimate load, ultimate load keeps a direct proportion with the exposed area in the wind.

  • Member-Generator shall provide a site specific wiring diagram, the plans and specifications describing the net metering, parallel generation, and interconnection facilities (herein collectively referred to as the “Member-Generator’s System”) and submit them to Cooperative as set forth in this Application and Agreement and as may be required under any Member Generator System Additional Capacity Interconnection Notice.

  • Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord to effectuate any such relocation or substitution affecting the Generator System.

  • Tenant acknowledges that the Generator System (and any replacement or substitute therefor), and all connections thereto, are and shall remain the sole property of Landlord and may not be removed by Tenant.

  • When this fully completed and executed Member-Generator Application and Agreement receives final approval from Cooperative, it shall become a binding contract and shall govern your relationship with Cooperative in regard to interconnection and net metering of the Member- Generator System.

Related to Generator System

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.
