Generator Package definition

Generator Package means a single generator (model H84), all parts, components, materials, equipment and items required for such generator to be complete and fully functional in conformance with the Specifications, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

Examples of Generator Package in a sentence

  • The Imprev Premium Package and the Imprev Realty Generator Package product and services are detailed in Exhibit A and shall be configured by Imprev for integration into Market Leader’s Premium Product and Realty Generator Product, respectively, in accordance with SOW Exhibit C.

  • The Imprev Basic Package, Imprev Basic Package A La Carte, Imprev Premium Package and Imprev Realty Generator Package are individually and collectively referred to as the “Imprev Products for KW.” Market Leader’s Basic Product, Basic Product A La Carte, Premium Product and Realty Generator Product into which the Imprev Products for KW will be integrated (the “Market Leader Integrated Products for KW”) are described on SOW Exhibit B.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.
