  • If Contractor discovers the need for repair services while performing Generator Maintenance Services, Contractor shall notify the District Project Manager immediately.

  • Contractor warrants all Generator Maintenance Services against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days commencing the date of District’s acceptance.

  • Contractor shall perform the Generator Maintenance Services each year in accordance with a schedule agreed upon by the parties.

  • The schedule shall provide for the performance of the Generator Maintenance Services during a continuous minimum period of three weeks not to exceed four weeks in duration.

  • If within the warranty period District discovers such a defect, Contractor shall re-perform the Generator Maintenance Services free of charge.
