Generator Facilities definition

Generator Facilities mean the equipment and facilities owned by the Generator but located on Pepco's property which are identified in Schedule B of this Agreement.
Generator Facilities has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Generator Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 32 of this Lease.

Examples of Generator Facilities in a sentence

  • For Small Generator Facilities with a Nameplate Capacity of 1 MW or above, the Interconnection Customer shall carry adequate insurance coverage that shall be acceptable to the EDC; provided, that the maximum comprehensive/general liability coverage that shall be continuously maintained by the Interconnection Customer during the term shall be not less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence, and an aggregate, if any, of at least $4,000,000.

  • Ancillary Services necessary to deliver the energy produced by the Generator Facilities over the Transmission System, if any, will be provided to Interconnection Customer or any entity purchasing or otherwise acquiring energy generated by the Generator Facilities pursuant to the provisions of the Transmission Provider’s Open Access Transmission Tariff or any successor tariff.

  • In the event of the need for an emergency outage of the Generator Facilities, the Interconnection Customer will provide the Transmission Owner notice of the need for electrical clearance as soon as the Interconnection Customer is aware of the need for the outage.

  • Generator shall be responsible for all switching, tagging and grounding on Generator's side of the Point of Interconnection and, except for Generator Facilities, Pepco shall be responsible for all switching, tagging and grounding on its side of the Point of Interconnection.

  • The study performed by GTC that analyzes the impact on the ITS and the GTC System of interconnecting the Generator Facilities with the Transmission Provider System and identifies required mitigation for such impacts.

  • The Generator shall pay the Actual Cost of the GLPL Connection Work – Recoverable – New Generator Facilities, GLPL Connection Work – Recoverable – Connection Facilities and GLPL Connection Work – Recoverable – Network Facilities (provided a direction is obtained from the OEB) which is estimated to be the amount specified in Schedule "D" (plus applicable taxes) in the manner of and time of payment specified in Schedule "D".

  • Pepco, through the Transmission Operator, shall provide Generator with prompt verbal notification of Emergencies with regard to the Transmission System which may reasonably be expected to affect Generator's immediate operation of the Station or Generator Facilities, and Generator shall provide Pepco with prompt verbal notification of Emergencies with regard to the Station which may reasonably be expected to affect Interconnection Service or the Transmission System.

  • As per the Transmission System Code GLP reserves the right to inspect, test and witness the commissioning of the New and/or modified Existing Generator Facilities that could affect the performance of the transmission system.

  • Except as specifically provided herein, the Generator is responsible for obtaining any and all permits, certificates, reviews and approvals required under any Applicable Laws for the construction, connection and operation of the Generator Connection Work and the New Generator Facilities.

  • The estimate of Actual Cost of the GLPL Connection Work is based on the preliminary estimate provided to the Generator on (insert date) for transmission connection plus the additional estimate for GLPL review and commissioning costs associated with the New Generator Facilities.

Related to Generator Facilities

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
