Generator Cables definition

Generator Cables means Conduits for the passage or transmission of electricity between the turbines from time to time comprised in the Windfarm Works [and the Substations]
Generator Cables means the Conduits owned by the Windfarm Company (or a member of the Windfarm Company Group) in on or under the Option Site and/or Substation Site for the passage of electricity generated by each of the turbines at the Development to an offshore substation or other point of connection to the Supply Cables; Group means in relation to the Transmission Company, the Windfarm Company, any Subsidiary or Holding Company from time to time of the Transmission Company and any Subsidiary from time to time of a Holding Company of the Windfarm Company; Group Company means in relation to the Transmission Company, any member of its Group; Holding Company means a “holding company" as defined in section 1159 of the Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; Index means the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) all items (or any identical index published under a different title) published by the Office of National Statistics or any successor body upon which the duties in connection with such an index devolve; Insolvency Event means with respect to the Transmission Company, that it:
Generator Cables means the Conduits owned by the Tenant in on or under the Development Site for the passage of electricity generated by each of the turbines at the Development to an offshore substation or other point of connection to the Supply Cables; Funder means a bank or other financial institutions providing funding to the Tenant to implement the Development;

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
