Generator Attribute Tracking System definition
Generator Attribute Tracking System or “GATS” means the system owned and operated by PJM Environmental Services, Inc. to provide environmental and emissions attributes reporting and tracking services to its subscribers in support of Maryland Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard and Maryland Environmental Disclosure Requirements, along with requirements in other state jurisdictions.
Generator Attribute Tracking System or “GATS” means the system owned and operated by PJM Environmental Services, Inc. to provide environmental and emissions attributes reporting and tracking services to its subscribers in support of Delaware’s Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard and any environmental disclosure requirements that may arise, along with requirements in other state jurisdictions.
Generator Attribute Tracking System or “GATS” means the system (or its successor) operated by PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. in accordance with the GATS Operating Rules to provide environmental and emissions attributes reporting and tracking services to its subscribers.
