Generating Business definition
Generating Business means the non-nuclear power generating business of NEP and Narra Electric, including, without limitation, the assets subject to the Asset Purchase Agreement by and among NEP, Narra Electric, and USGen New England, Inc. (formerly USGen Acquisition Corporation), dated as of August 5, 1997, as amended from time to time.
