general works means any Works or portion(s) thereof (including any models, formats, processes, data, databases, software (whether in source code or object code), or algorithms) that both (i) do not directly relate to any of Service Recipient or its Affiliate’s drug products’ or portfolio candidates’ intellectual property (including any formulation(s), specification(s), dosage(s), indication(s), delivery mechanism(s), manufacturing, development, or commercialization thereof), and (ii) have general applicability to the operation of the business of the Service Provider (including for the purposes of undertaking analytics or improving or enhancing any of the Services or any other services of the Service Provider).

Related to general works

  • The Works means the works to be executed and completed under the Contract.
