(General) Support Services definition

(General) Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of customizing, setup, or training services.

Examples of (General) Support Services in a sentence

  • The following process will replace Article 13 for the purpose of the appealing classification changes under the General Support Services Classification Review.
