General Sector. Persons or entities that take delivery of energy within the FRCC Region that is not purchased for resale; agents or associations representing groups of such entities that are commercial or industrial entities; agents or advocate groups representing small customers; and other persons or entities owning assets or engaging in commercial activities in the FRCC Region.
