  • In the case of any claim pursuant to Section 10.3(a) or Section 10.3(c) (other than a claim in connection with a Fundamental Representation) (a “Parent General Claim”), the aggregate liability of the Parent Indemnified Parties for all such claims shall be capped at the General Representation Cap.
