General Qualification. Subject to the extension of Membership to “distributors” described in Section 3.2, Membership shall only be offered to those persons and/or entities that: (1) manufacture gift product or operate in related industries and (2) operate a credit department or use an authorized agent. Further, if an applicant is an entity, then the application shall be executed by an officer or employee of the entity duly authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the entity. Acceptance of an application is verified upon the signature of the Service Provider’s secretary or other duly authorized officer.
