General Purchase definition

General Purchase means a purchase of non-Virgin Goods and/or Services including without limitation all applicable taxes and shipping costs, with a specific extension of credit by Bank to a Cardholder using an Account as provided for under this Agreement. A General Purchase is not included within the definition of a Virgin Purchase.
General Purchase means a purchase of goods and/or services (other than Goods and/or Services), including without limitation all applicable taxes and shipping costs, with a specific extension of credit by Bank to a Cardholder using a Co-Brand Account as provided for under this Agreement. A General Purchase is not included within the definition of a Company Purchase or Private Label Purchase and vice-versa.
General Purchase means any purchase of goods and/or services for individual, personal, family, household or business use (inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs), with a specific extension of credit by Bank to a Cardholder using an Account as provided for under this Agreement. A General Purchase does not include a Company Purchase and vice versa. [*].
