General Professional Engineering Services general professional engineering services to be provided by Consultant to the District from time-to-time, generally consisting of (but not limited to): planning, feasibility studies, water and wastewater facility design, permitting and permit compliance, construction inspection/management services, evaluation of water treatment and wastewater facilities and transmission system processes and operations, mapping, surveying, GIS, modeling, and education outreach/awareness.
