General Partner Resolution definition

General Partner Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the General Partner to have been adopted by the General Partner or pursuant to authorization by the General Partner and to be in full force and effect on the date of the certificate and delivered to the Trustee.
General Partner Resolution means a resolution of the General Partner certified by the General Partner.
General Partner Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by a trustee of the General Partner to have been duly adopted by the General Partner on behalf of the Company and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.

  • The Securities may be issued up to the aggregate principal amount of Securities from time to time authorized by or pursuant to a General Partner Resolution.
