General orientation definition

General orientation means actions in which all kinds of strength are practiced at variable velocities and variable ranges of motion which are not neces- sarily specific to the sport being trained for (modi- fied from Shelling & Torres, 2016). Within general orientation, Moras (1994) provides the following ap- proaching levels.
