General Matter definition

General Matter means any instruction provided by you where we reasonably consider the value of the services to be performed by AOCS to be up to $500.00 (ex. GST) at the time of your instruction.

Examples of General Matter in a sentence

  • In the event EUO representation concludes prior to the completion of the scheduled EUO, such as a decision by Citizens not to pursue the EUO or the insured(s) fails to attend/participate, then Citizens will compensate the Firm for EUO representation in accordance with the First Party Property General Matter hourly rates, not to exceed $1,750 in total compensation for the EUO representation.

  • Prior to making any expenditure for the Joint Account of less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) that requires the utilization of a drilling or workover rig, the Operator shall obtain the approval of the Parties as a General Matter.

  • If a proposal is approved as a General Matter, any Party shall have the right to decline participation in a contribution and be relieved of any obligations and benefits thereunder.

  • If any proposed operation requires approval as a General Matter, such approval shall be obtained prior to the Participating Parties proceeding with the Non- Consent Operation.

  • The Operator shall not allow any taxes to become delinquent, unless such nonpayment is approved as a General Matter.

  • Upon approval as a General Matter, the Operator shall proceed to install the Facilities as approved, provided, in the judgment of the Operator, it does not interfere with continuing operations on the Contract Area.
