general floating charge definition
general floating charge means a floating charge created over the whole or substantially the whole of the property or assets of a company, and a security expressed to be created over the undertaking, or business, or the assets generally, of a company is a general floating charge;
general floating charge means (i) each Lien created or purported to be created under the documents listed in paragraphs [(r) to (s)] of the definition of Notes First Priority Collateral Documents and (ii) any other similar floating or non-fixed all asset Lien created under a Notes First Priority Collateral Document.
