General Excavation definition

General Excavation means removal of material from an excavation site after topsoil and overburden have been removed and appropriate berms and other screening has been placed with respect to the excavation area. “General Excavation” does not include the operation of a single excavator or loader used to feed raw product into a slurry system that delivers the raw product to the wash plant, and does not apply to the trucking
