General Equipment definition

General Equipment. As defined in Section 1.02(A)(5).
General Equipment means that equipment, other than Gaming Equipment, purchased by or paid for with Advances made to or on behalf of the Tribe pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. "Grand Casinos/Tunica-Biloxi Inc." means Grand Casinos of Louisiana, Inc.-Tunica-Biloxi, a Minnesota corporation.
General Equipment means the equipment provided by the Council and OTC as set out in Schedule 4
