General Effectiveness definition

General Effectiveness is defined in Section 10.12.

Examples of General Effectiveness in a sentence

  • Effective as of the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date (as defined below) and subject to the satisfaction (or due waiver) of the conditions set forth in Section 3 (Conditions Precedent to the General Effectiveness of this Amendment) hereof, the Lenders party to the Lenders' Consent (such Lenders, the "Consenting Lenders"), constituting the Requisite Lenders, and the Administrative Agent consent to the 2004 Dutch Restructuring and the 2005 Release.

  • The parties hereto further agree that, upon the occurrence of the General Effectiveness, this Agreement and the Notes shall serve to extend, renew and continue, but not to extinguish or novate, the Existing Notes and the corresponding loans and to amend, restate and supersede, but not to extinguish or cause to be novated the Indebtedness under, the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Cost-effectiveness means the ability of a particular product or service to efficiently provide goods or services to the State.
