General Contractor’s Contract definition

General Contractor’s Contract meanss the stipulated sum contract, dated as of February 17, 2022 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in a manner not otherwise prohibited by this Agreement), between Borrower and the General Contractor for the costs of construction of the Improvements.
General Contractor’s Contract means any agreements with any General Contractor relating to the development and/or construction of the Project, and any and all renewals, extensions or modifications thereof and guaranties of performance thereunder.
General Contractor’s Contract. The agreement between the Borrower and the General Contractor pursuant to which the General Contractor agrees to construct the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for a stipulated sum or guaranteed maximum price.
