General Change definition

General Change has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b) of the Master Servicing Agreement.
General Change means any Change other than an Emergency Change or a Mandatory Change;
General Change in Law" a Change in Law where the change is of a general legislative nature (including taxation or duties of any sort affecting the Supplier) or which affects or relates to a Comparable Supply;

Examples of General Change in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Contract Charges as the result of a General Change in Law or Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Services is known at the Effective Date.

  • If there is a General Change in Law, the Supplier must bear the risk of the change and is not entitled to ask for an increase to the Framework Prices or the Charges.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Call Off Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Call Off Contract Charges as the result of a: General Change in Law; Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Call Off Commencement Date.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Contract Charges as the result of a General Change in Law.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Framework Agreement nor be entitled to an increase the Framework Prices as the result of: a General Change in Law; or a Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Goods and/or Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Framework Commencement Date.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Call Off Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Call Off Contract Charges as the result of a: General Change in Law; Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Goods and/or Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Call Off Commencement Date.

  • If not available at the time of application, the loan number should be added to the policy by submitting a General Change Endorsement form.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Contract nor be entitled to an increase in the Contract Price as the result of a General Change in Law.

  • The amount of the deductible may be increased during the policy term by submitting a completed General Change Endorsement form.

  • The Supplier shall neither be relieved of its obligations under this Framework Agreement nor be entitled to an increase the Framework Prices as the result of: a General Change in Law; or a Specific Change in Law where the effect of that Specific Change in Law on the Services is reasonably foreseeable at the Framework Commencement Date.


More Definitions of General Change

General Change has the meaning set out in the table to paragraph 3 (Categories of Changes and Additional Services) of Schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure);
General Change in Law" means a Change in Law which is not a Specific Change in Law or Material General Change in Law; "Georgian Nuclear Fuel" means Nuclear Fuel originating from Georgia;

Related to General Change

  • Substantial Change means a change to the terms of this Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.

  • Potential Change of Control means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, or by any actual or potential bidder(s) relating to any potential Change of Control of the Issuer.

  • Technological Change means the introduction or addition of equipment, machines or instruments or the modification thereof resulting in modification of the Employee’s tasks or skills required to fulfill the requirements of the position.

  • General Change in Law means a Change in Law where the change is of a general legislative nature (including taxation or duties of any sort affecting the Supplier) or which affects or relates to a Comparable Supply;

  • Change is defined in Section 3.2.

  • Potential Change in Control means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Material Change means a change that an average, careful investor would want to know about before making an investment decision. If a material change occurs afler you make an investment commitment but before the ORering closes, then the Company will notify you and ask whether you want to invest anyway. If you do not affirmatively choose to invest, then your commitment will be cancelled, your funds will be returned to you, and you will not receive any securities.

  • Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).

  • Potential Change in Control Period shall commence upon the occurrence of a Potential Change in Control and shall lapse upon the occurrence of a Change in Control or, if earlier (i) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(A), immediately upon the abandonment or termination of the applicable agreement, (ii) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(B), immediately upon a public announcement by the applicable party that such party has abandoned its intention to take or consider taking actions which if consummated would result in a Change in Control or (iii) with respect to a Potential Change in Control occurring pursuant to Section 18.15(C) or (D), upon the one year anniversary of the occurrence of a Potential Change in Control (or such earlier date as may be determined by the Board).

  • Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.

  • Structure means a walled and roofed building, a manufactured home, or a gas, liquid, or liquefied gas storage tank that is principally above ground.

  • Material Change in Content means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the content, composition or constitution of the Futures Contract or the Commodity.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.

  • Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.

  • Segment means a portion of the Term Loan (or all thereof) with respect to which a particular interest rate is (or is proposed to be) applicable.

  • Changes The Detail Specification will be revised to include:

  • Board Change means, during any period of two consecutive years, individuals who at the beginning of such period constituted the entire Board cease for any reason to constitute a majority thereof unless the election, or the nomination for election, of each new director was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were directors at the beginning of the period.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Superstructure means the part of the bodywork which contributes to the strength of the vehicle in the event of a roll-over accident.

  • Emergency management means lessening the effects of, preparations for, operations during, and recovery from natural, technological or human-caused disasters. These actions are broad in scope and include, but are not limited to: disaster plans, mitigation, preparedness, response, warning, emergency operations, training, exercising, research, rehabilitation, and recovery activities.

  • Change in Use means altering the purpose of an existing room, within the facility, that requires structural changes.

  • Head means the person appointed by the Governors of the School to be responsible for (or to share in the responsibility for) the day-to-day running of the School, including anyone to whom such duties have been delegated;

  • Company’s Website means the website of the Company and/or its web-address or domain name (if any).

  • Network Change has the meaning given to it in the Network Code;

  • Immediately available means the physical presence of the health professional or the hospital
