General AV definition

General AV or “Lighting” designation. This helps the system determine what constitutes “Rigging” revenue versus “Lighting” revenue, or “Audio” revenue, etc. There are some items, such as truss, or specific labor charges, that can be listed under “Rigging” or “Lighting”, or “General AV” designations. While the computer keeps track of these line item designations, they are not listed on the paper copies of the invoices. When the individual paper copies of the invoices were manually calculated, anything generally billed as rigging was added to the manual total. This may have included truss or labor charges mentioned above, which caused the manual numbers to be slightly higher than the computer generated numbers. For purposes of this RFP the City of Anaheim would recommend bidders use the computer generated information contained in the table on Appendix D.
