  • To the extent Customer discloses information that is covered by HIPAA, including any amendments thereto or regulations promulgated thereunder, Geneia and Customer shall execute a Business Associate Agreement (a “Business Associate Agreement”) that sets forth the rights and responsibilities of both Customer and Geneia as required by HIPAA.

  • Geneia will not obtain any right, title or interest in any IP Rights (as defined below) of Customer, as the case may be, by virtue of this Agreement.
