GENCOs definition

GENCOs means the generation companies that operate on the Borrower’s territory;
GENCOs means collectively, the power generation companies, legally established and operating under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990, the EPSRA 2004 and the licenses issued by NERC for electricity generation.
GENCOs means the Borrower’s Power Generation Companies, incorporated under the laws of the Borrower, being the Jamshoro Power Generation Company, the Central Power Generation Company and the Northern Power Generation Company;
