Gemstar definition

Gemstar means Gemstar International Group Limited and all of its Subsidiaries, excluding Norpak. In the event of a grant of intellectual property, a grant by Gemstar means a grant by Gemstar International and a covenant by Gemstar International to cause a grant by its Subsidiaries, and a grant to Gemstar means a grant to Gemstar unless Gemstar directs that such grant be to an identified Subsidiary or Subsidiaries.
